Summary (what you get)
IT Services provides a web-based survey tool that may be used by students, faculty and staff at the Colleges. This tool may be used for both simple and complex surveys, and offers an easy-to-use interface, various question types and options, user-friendly survey URLs, and mass e-mail and reporting capabilities.
Services Included
- Creation of an account
- Training on how to create and send a survey using Baseline
- Faculty and staff members have access to collaborative workspaces within their home department; private space is available upon request to the Help Desk
Ongoing assistance is also available, upon request, for working with Baseline features and generating reports.
What is Not Included
IT Services will provide direction and answer questions, but does not create, send, or analyze surveys and results.
