Network Printer Error

Question/Issue

I keep getting the following error when I try and print:

Environment

• Konica Minolta Network Printer

Cause

This is a known issue with Konica Minolta network printers. A new driver needs to be installed on the printer server and the printer needs to be re-added to the computer.

Resolution

1. Gather the model of printer and search on the Konica Minolata website for the correct driver.
2. Install the correct driver on the print server.
3. Remove the printer from the computer.
4. Re-add the printer from the printer server.
