Issue/Question
I'm having issues connecting to the WiFi.
Environment
Cause
The TDXwireless network is a highly secure wireless network. Access to the network uses your Username (lastname.#) and password, and the configuration will need to be updated with your new password each time it's changed per the Password Practices.
Resolution
The configuration utility cannot be accessed from off facility. Please bring your device on facility or follow
these instructions for manually configuring your device.
- Connect to the WiFi@TDX wireless network.
- Open a web browser.
- Attempt to browse to a website, such as www.teamdynamix.com.
Note: You will be redirected to the Network Access captive portal page
- Click on Secure Network Access
- Follow the on screen instructions
